He regularly has his staff attend training seminars and also attend international conferences in order that they keep abreast of all the latest
developments in the world of plastic surgery. This is one method by which he maintains a level of competence within his practice.
ABOUT PRACTICE DIRECTOR AND SURGICAL COORDINATOR (FRANÇOISE “FRANKIE” FOSTER)
Frankie Foster has been working with Dr. Papanastasiou since the opening of his plastic surgery facility in Montreal in 1995.
With over 16 years’ experience in all aspects of cosmetic surgery, she has a wealth of information, which she is happy to share
with anyone who asks and therefore help to guide you.
Her goal, as the practice director, is to ensure that you obtain any and all information required in order to facilitate your decision regarding your procedure.
She is also responsible for the organization of Dr Papanastasiou’s surgical and injection schedules, ensuring that proper staff is on hand to
take care of you. Her commitment to you, along with her vast experience makes her the ideal resource person to help you reach your decision.
She is always available to reassure you as your surgery date approaches.
ABOUT YOUR NURSE INJECTOR (MICHELLE DESKIN)
Michelle Deskin is a registered nurse who obtained a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Ottawa University. She has been in practice for ten years and
has been on staff at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal and the Montreal General Hospital. Over the past five years she has been involved exclusively
in the field of plastic surgery and now specializes in facial rejuvenation injection techniques.
She has undergone intensive training in injection techniques directly supervised by Dr Papanastasiou and the training staff of Allergan (the makers of Botox and Juvederm)
and Medicis (the makers of Restylane). She received one of the highest evaluations in the province of Quebec!
Always on the lookout for new techniques, she keeps up to date by attending all major seminars dealing with injectibles and has acquired a solid reputation in Montreal
and throughout the Province of Québec for obtaining superb results and facial enhancements in all our patients. She is known for her light touch and natural-looking outcomes.

Annick has been a member of our clinic for the past 10 years. She is fully versed in all aspects of cosmetic solutions, both surgical and non-surgical. She is a
true professional and takes great pride in the fact that she can go the extra mile to answer any questions you might have. She ensures that each patient lives
